BLACKPINK member Jennie is set to release her new solo EP, ‘Fallen Angel,’ on August 28, 2026. The EP will be available starting at 12:00 a.m. EDT / 1:00 p.m. KST on the release date. Jennie’s agency, Odd Atelier (OA Entertainment), announced the project, describing it as a deeply personal reflection of her true self-expression.
‘Fallen Angel’ features three tracks: ‘Fallen Angel,’ ‘Heaven,’ and ‘Less than a Lover.’ The title track, ‘Fallen Angel,’ will be accompanied by a music video, also scheduled for release on the same day as the EP.
Fans have already heard one of the tracks, ‘Less than a Lover,’ which was previously released as a digital single on July 24, 2026. This single achieved commercial success, earning a gold certification on QQ Music and topping Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ for two consecutive weeks. OA Entertainment unveiled the EP’s cover art and an official trailer video for ‘Fallen Angel’ on August 21, 2026.
This EP marks Jennie’s first multi-track project since her debut solo album, ‘Ruby,’ which was released in March 2025. Earlier in 2026, Jennie also participated in BLACKPINK’s EP, ‘DEADLINE.’ She previewed songs from ‘Fallen Angel’ during her performances at major global music festivals throughout 2026, including headlining Lollapalooza Chicago, where she became the first K-pop solo artist to do so. The announcement of ‘Fallen Angel’ follows BLACKPINK’s 10th anniversary on August 8, 2026.
